Step 1: Set Up a Consultation
It all starts with scheduling either a remote consultation or an in-home appointment. Together, we will assess your needs and once we have created an overview of the types of windows, styles, and options that will suit your home, we then move on to design.
Step 2: Choose Design
You will have the option to work with a design consultant to decide how you want to proceed further. Maybe you want to make changes to colors, types, and styles to better meet either your personal or financial needs. Whatever the decision, our team is here to help.
Step 3: Choose Payment Method
Now that the details are set, let’s get your job completed. We offer financing and also take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, or checks. If you choose to not finance, we require a 50% down payment for the custom nature of the work. We currently offer a 100% electronic, paperless sales option if you provide your email address, saving time and money!
Step 4: Efficient Installation
When windows are ordered for your home, they will be tailored to your exact specifications. The installation window is normally 6-8 weeks from the time of contract signing, and this can vary slightly as time of year, weather, and national emergencies can affect your installation window. With every job, our goal is to complete installations as quickly and efficiently as possible!
