I wanted to live with the windows/door a little while so I could give an honest review. I could not be happier! It's easier to regulate the temperature in my home. They are so easy to tip in to clean, they are easy to open, close and lock. They look so good! They have also helped with the noise of living in town.
The team that came to my house to put them in was wonderful. I felt confident in my decision to go with Simple Windows and Doors from the first phone call. They were friendly and patient with me and all my questions. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and Mark arrived right on time. He measured each window and my door gave me an estimate and that was the price I paid. There were zero hidden cost. There was also no pressure to make the purchase. He was also available on a Sunday evening to answer a message when I was second guessing the door I had picked out. He sent me more information, paint colors and styles. He gave me time to think about it before he put my order in. After the order was placed everything came in about a week earlier than expected. When they came to install everything I felt comfortable enough to leave them a key so I could go to work while they put my windows in. Everyday I came home to everything cleaned up and my house just as I left it, except for new windows. There was not 1 piece of trash, nail or anything else left laying around.
My house is old built in 1908. I am flipping it to live in. The working conditions for them was not ideal. An example; my attic was a mess and very dirty, never once did they complain or make me feel bad about it. I know they left filthy.
This is honestly the first time I have had a company deliver exactly what they said they would at the price they quoted.
They are coming back tomorrow to put in glass block basement windows and 2 other windows I originally decided not to replace, but after seeing all the others look so good I changed my mind. I have 1 more door I would like to replace and Simple Windows and Doors has my business!
Update..... if you are considering getting block windows I am very happy with mine from Simple Windows and Doors
